Michelle came to RTC in July of 2007. Michelle comes to RTC with previous experience in the Human Resource and Safety areas including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training and compliance with local, state and federal laws, regulations and requirements.

- Youth Counselor (supervises, directs and teaches youth throughout each day)
- Night Monitor (supervises the facility while youth are asleep)
- Case-aide (performs case-management activities for youth in treatment)
- Case-worker (provides individual and group therapy for youth in treatment)
- Shift Leader (provides second shift supervision of Youth Counselors)
- Program Supervisor (provides administrative supervision of all direct care staff)
- Teacher (provides educational instruction on our on-campus school students)
